DIRECTV To Increase Prices In February

DIRECTV just announced that it will be increasing prices on its programming packages beginning on February 10, 2011, for all current DIRECTV subscribers.  Those subscribers that are on a promotional plan will continue to receive promo pricing for the remainder of their offer period.  Rates for CHOICE package with local channels will increase $2.00 per month to $60.99; CHOICE XTRA increases to $65.99 per month, a $3.00 monthly increase and CHOICE ULTIMATE will be $70.99 per month, a $2.00 monthly increase.
