Military to scan communications to find internal threats?

The U.S. military wants to scan communications to find internal threats before they are carried out.  The Government claims that they can prevent crimes from happening if they can scan all emails to see if people are planning to commit a crime.  While this action has sparked controversy, Americans may not be able to prevent the Government from eavesdropping on personal communications.  Read Story.
