DirecTV Dispute Is Frustrating Customers

More than 20 million DirecTV subscribers are frustrated as more than 20 Viacom channels are blacked out during a contract dispute. Just a few months ago, South Florida customers lost one of their local channels for several days during a previous contract dispute during the Super Bowl season.

NEW YORK -- DirecTV subscribers are losing access to "The Daily Show" and "SpongeBob SquarePants." DirecTV Group Inc. stopped carrying channels owned by Viacom Inc. because of a contract dispute.
